Les Schwab Tire Center

Would give more stars if I could. Needed a last minute brake job on our motorhome mid-vacation on a holiday weekend. Grant, and the other workers made sure to fit us in and worked after closing time when the Cour D'Alene Les Shchwab turned us down. Huge shout out, and thank you to the Hayden Les Schwab!

Returning from traveling thru Canada for the past week or so, in my truck camper. I needed my airbags to be reset, as the main control unity is not connecting and properly keeping full. Matthew was super accommodating and manually filled my airbags to proper levels! Thank, much appreciated!!

Not sure what they do to build culture at this tire center, but every employee that I have interacted with seems to enjoy working there and goes overboard to be helpful. When I was shopping for tires, they were by far the most helpful of any tire shop in the area. When I told my son, his reaction would be the same as most - "yes, they are a tire store that I hear is pretty good." Now, after interacting with them on several occasions, he has told them that they have him as a customer for life. Not sure why someone in the Hayden area would go anywhere else.

Normally I am all about Les schwab. But we had a boat trailer issue and called about the bearings going out. They were confident that they could take care of us told us it might take to the next day especially if it was needing the spindle. But they failed to mention that if there was any axle damage they would not be able to fix it, they don't do that. So we paid to have it towed all the way there, from near Sagle, only to find out we had to go somewhere else. Not upset that they couldn't fix it, just upset that they didn't tell us that on the phone before we paid the extra mileage to have it towed to them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Les Schwab in Hayden, and I especially want to recognize Kyle from their mobile tire service. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me. He showed up promptly, had a great attitude, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. It's rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but Kyle absolutely does. His attention to detail, willingness to help, and overall professionalism reflect extremely well on Les Schwab as a company. If you need tire service, I highly recommend Les Schwab in Hayden, and if you're lucky enough to have Kyle helping you, you're in excellent hands. Thank you, Kyle, for the outstanding service!
